What to do if you would like to refer a case to us

1. You are most welcome to call AAERC on 08 8371 0333 any time between 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday to discuss your patient’s case with us. Our reception team will be able to advise you of appointment availability and possible treatment estimates.
2. Please email your patient’s history, lab results, and any associated imaging, clinical histories, radiographs and pathology results via direct email through clinical@aaerc.com.au
3. We ask that your client gives us a call at their convenience to make an appointment with your chosen Referral Veterinarian.

EMERGENCY DEPARTMENT

What to do if you would like to transfer a patient to us for after-hours care

1. Please contact AAERC on 08 8371 0333 to speak with one of our Emergency Veterinarians or Nurses about the case that you wish to transfer. Our staff will be able to provide you with a general estimate with which to advise your client.
2. Please email your patient’s history, lab results, and any associated imaging, clinical histories, radiographs and pathology results via direct email through clinical@aaerc.com.au
3. A phone call to confirm your client’s decision to transfer their pet to AAERC for after hours care is very much appreciated.
